Can I travel overseas while waiting for a 190 decision
I lodged my 190 onshore and have a Bridging Visa A. I need to travel overseas for a family event before a decision is made. Is applying for a Bridging Visa B enough, and does travel affect the 190 processing queue?
Health examination request before uploading all partner evidence
We lodged our partner application and got the health examination option quickly, but we are still organising a few relationship statements. Should we wait until all evidence is uploaded before booking health checks, or is it fine to do health while continuing to upload documents?
Previous refusal from another country on Australian visa forms
A family member had a tourist visa refused by another country several years ago because they could not show enough funds at the time. The Australian visitor visa form asks about refusals. Should they include it even though it was not Australia and the situation has changed?
