Partner visa

Skilled Independent visa

Pacific Engagement Visa
Facilitates permanent residency for citizens of Pacific Island countries and Timor-Leste to live, work and study in Australia.

Points-tested skilled residence visas award bonus points for higher English levels. The minimum for most residence pathways is Competent English. Partner visas do not generally require an English test.
